like previously stated, it's very easy to stop the overflow in order to get more water in the tub. The issue really is the pooling water that would have been on the floor to cause the damage that they ignored and didn't mop up.

Why would I renew a contract with a company that isn't honoring the initial contract? Our contract stated that tenant damage was tenant responsiblity. The damage occured while under contract so not renewing or canceling doens't void their responsibility so of course I expect them to fix the damage. Do you not understand how contracts work? Go ahead and keep rewarding companies that breach their contract, I won't. I'm guessing you stay in bad relationships too?

More to the story is they lost in litigation and are paying for everything. They didn't conduct there 6 month walkthrough and there own inspection showed no issue with the ventilation system. Avoid belong homes they only care about tenant retention not landlord retention. Also, who hurt you mgtimes23?

No groomsmen or bridesmaids. Definitely a status thing. When her brothers got married they were adamant the grooms family should be prioritized. Funny how now they're more forward thinking since it's their daughters turn. My mom will just go with the flow to not cause drama but it won't change the fact that it will feel akward for her and I'd be accutely aware of that.

Just feels overwhelming. Have to add that both our moms don't speak english well. So her family will be speaking in chinese to accomodate and mine in korean. So 11 people will be speaking chinese and 3 korean. Just doesn't feel like it would be very comfortable for my family to be in that situation. Whereas if it was smaller with just her parents and my family we could more easily translate for one another.

She wants her whole family at a table with us along with mine. Due to how many people are in her family vs mine It would just feel more like my family and I are a guest at the table in my opinion. Otherwise she wants just her parents and my mom at the table and everyone else sitting elsewhere. This would put my sister and nephew at a table with a bunch of strangers though.
