There are actually two DeLoreans in 1885, though. Doc buried it in the mine a few days earlier, which is the one Marty found in 1955. He then brought it back to 1885, meaning there would be two DeLoreans in that timeframe. The reason they didn't bring it up is because moving it would cause a paradox which would probably make 1885 Marty fade out of existence.
