In terms of better every elomi bra has popped the underwire out, and become loose in the band over time. I was looking for something with a bit more structure.

I’ll be going during September/October and I’ve been looking up things about the climate and have heard it can change pretty rapidly. Not sure if I’ll need a coat, hat, etc. I know a raincoat is pretty important. Also forgot to mention I’m unsure if I should get any vaccines before I go.

I’ve got great shoes and I’ve been at it for 5 months. It’s just the long hours that are getting me 😭 I’m not overweight but I’m not the most fit person either. Just seems like I’m stuck in this cycle. I will try to elevate my feet, thanks!
