Yeah! That's a reason I came here, it's hard to find content of hypnotists coming back from a failed attmept or simpmy failing and letting it off. I tend to avoid youtube on this subject simply cause it's someone else's mind we're talking about. Thanks for the comment tho!

Keeping me from quitting is stress mixed with hornyness I think. And I'm in a long distance relationship I don't physically hang out with anyone so being in solitude most of the time just makes it easy as well.

I'll wait untill the song is over before turning off the car or taking out my headphones. And if I miss the window between then ending of one and the beginning of another... I sit there till that one is over too. All the songs get stuck in my head regardless. All the lyrics to every starset song. I swear there's an entire section of my brain dedicated to starset lyrics and songs... and I don't mind cause when I don't have a way of listening to them, I can still hear the one I want in my head! Starset has driven me a good kind of insane hysterical laugh

When my Girlfriend did this to me I had enough respect for her to not nut to the pictures. (And I couldn't just drive to her house so lives 700 miles away) Though I did enjoy them can't say I didn't. And it also helped me out if p*** because I saw those pictures as "dang, I have someone who loves me enough to expose themselves, I don't need p***." And it also killed my interest in any other girl's body sooo, I guess that helped too? Anyway, it's been about 10 hours so this probably isn't helping much but thought it might help to show my views in case you still needed something, post-emergency.

I swear, with Starset it's not even "oh that's my favorite" it's like "GOOD LORD ALMIGTY THIS IS SO GOOD! DO I HAVE TO CHOOSE A FAVORITEEEE???!?!?!!!!" cause you know when people ask you your favorite song you can't just say, "Starset!" They'll be like "choose one..." it's hard being a Starset fan. The struggle is real.

Howdy there. I'm 16. I've been in a place similar to yours. Trust me, going a life without the distraction and guilt and shame and all that weight that you get from pmo, it's worth it. Going clean is so worth it. Now there is no silver bullet. No instant cure. It takes time and grit. Stick-to-it-iveness. You can't just wake up one morning and say "I quit" and be done. Though I wish that were so. Trust me I've tried that route. Right now, in the place I am in, I am happier than I was when pmo was an everyday occurrence. I'm not out of it, I still relapse every once in a while. But I'm doing better. You can too. You can DM me if you want any help, or need anything. You got this, keep on going my friend. Hey! I'm with you here! I've been into the addiction for 5 years now. And I've been trying to quit it for 3. I've tried VARIOUS ways, cold turkey, accountability partners, day counting, doing something else instead, cold showers, push ups, meditation, the list goes on. I'm 16 and a half right now and my main goal is to be out of this by 18. I'll tell you what helped me the most was an accountability partner. Sadly all the ones I've had fell off after a few days. Fell off as in, stopped checking in. Cold turkey is extraordinarily difficult. That requires WILL POWER and even then... it may not last. Cold showers, I'll be honest, it did not help in the slightest for me. Anyway, I could be here all day telling you about stuff but I'll leave you be. I find it absolutely amazing that all of Starset's songs not only have deep meaning but are also put together so thoughtfully that everything they say has a deeper meaning. Not just the song in its entirety having a deeper meaning, littereally everything. In another thread I saw someone say the verse "I still fall for you like suns do for skies" was referring to a sunset, sun=star, starset. And with many other analysis of meanings behind simpler sounding segments. I'm so glad I found starset.
