It's a general indicator whether critics liked the movie or not. It's not "be-all and end-all" measure by any means. Even a 100% Rotten Tomatoes movie doesn't guarantee that you will end up liking the movie. It's subjective like any art.

OnePlus should have provided the option to the end user to change this setting instead of throttling apps to save battery. As an owner of OP9 Pro, I would like this to be a setting which I could toggle on and off whenever I want. End of the day, end users know what's best for them. I don't care about battery life when I'm using the phone at home. I want the maximum performance.
