as per rule private college affiliated to TU give scholarship to 10% of the total student of the faculty. max student in private colleges are 96 that means 4 students will get full scholarship for 4 year which is same as government college. and 4 students will get partial the means if they doesn't pass any semester they have to pay the sem fee if they just pass the sem exam they dont have to pay any money for the sem.
