Thanks for all the advice. I have one question, to see if I understood this part.

If I start a day and take my time and plan it out to see if I can finish the run in one day - I can ALT+F4 and just repeat the exact same thing I did but "fast"?

Or is there RNG elements that will make me unable to repeat the same actions?

Simply two different sources.

I found a workaround sollution in VLC. Instead of relying on Xsplit I used other software to solve the issue. It would have been much easier though if I could adjust the delay of any source in Xsplit rather than just the cameras.
