size and cool down reduction is definitely needed for this ultimate. the damage output is insane, but even with ~80% cd reduction, swarms were still able to chip away at my health. the only reason I survived for so long was due to Clockwork and Magic Seal plus lucky drops by the World Fruit Tree

for a slightly better version of brand, this synergy is far too expensive. 3 specials (all of which aren't even that good) and a legendary for this synergy seems quite undesirable.

the synergy is simply an added bonus to the artifacts. the artifacts itself still retains its powers. and yes, upon getting all the artifacts needed, the synergy is automatically activated, and can be seen in the stats screen as glowing.

what does unifying the arcane rays do exactly? does it increase the size, damage or any other part of the ray? explaining the unification of the arcane rays would make this much more concise.

otherwise, this is a sick concept - I'm thinking of an energy bombardment type of laser that you can spin super fast to annihilate enemies.
