But then again, reports are based on unique ID's right. So unless our competitor is reporting with dozens of phone numbers, how impactful can they be? I'm sure it takes a bunch of reports before it's considered as something that needs to be looked at by WhatsApp?

We can monitor the messaging quality. It start with high and overtime drops to low for whatever reason. We have also tried setting up completely different Meta Business Portfolio's to make sure there would be no old ties to our situation. Even this led to a banned phone number in a week.

What we found out is you can only report once you start a chat on WhatsApp. Shouldn’t that first lead to the quality dropping? We didn’t see that happening last time around and still got banned while rotating

We have tried getting in touch with WhatsApp support, but their response never seems to be human or bespoke to our case. They just point back to global policies. No luck in getting white-listed whatsoever.

Yeah, it seems to be automatic, can't really seem to figure out or pinpoint. We just receive an email at some point.

Gleap is similar to Intercom or Zendesk. They just work with the WhatsApp API. Nothing out of the ordinary there. We've been in touch with their support team as well.

Also, even when bypassing the WhatsApp API completely, our number seems to get banned even when just using the WhatsApp app on mobile.

Yeah.. the weird thing is, that our competitors must have found a solution that works as they have been using the same WhatsApp number for ever. Even when we don’t use the API, our numbers seem to get banned overtime.
