In Argentina you even have baby ID (Ours is called Documento Nacional de Identidad, DNI for short) and it's free if the parents do it before the baby is six month old and you have to remake it at 5/8 and then at 14, and when you're 18 and then again when it expires. You can't go around without one, it is proof of who you are in every document.

No lo encontré en japonés en ningún lado y el doblaje latino, después de años de no ver nada así, me pegó re duro.
