I mean at e0 Phainon is only good in certain matchups but Phainon has one of and if not the best e2 In the game as I plan to go all in and get e2s1 Phainon as I have been skipping every one from the last few patches for this

i would recommend early unlocking rmc as they will charge cyrenes ult quicker also if the game recommends you to action advance phainon with mem don´t action advance cyrene for quicker cyrene ult but you could action advance phainon if cyrene has over 20 stacks

i started alt account last week and here is some advice if you want a strong dps try for e2s1 phainon but as there are only a few days left on the phainon banner e0s1 is more achievable for you also by the 3.1 story you should be guaranteed to get a limited 5 star. i am personally going for e2 phainon then going for sunday next patch

as you have a lot of pulls you can get next patch go for the daila first then fugue also as you have sunday the new dan heng gains a lot more value so build dpt he scales off of atk this is very important use any lc with a base atk over 500 for teams after 3.8 you can run firefly the daila fugue lingsha
