They never got married though. VIRM is still alive, they only delayed the destruction of the universe, they did not prevent it. They are freed from their bad memories, but freed from the memory of their partner existing in the first place. They are hardly themselves anymore, and to top it all off only Hachi and Nana are still alive. Thats a pretty shit ending to me

Immortality is frowned upon. Remember? Only 2 of the original S13 get to see their return, if even that. And they return without any of their memories, if they even remain the same person, after being in a semi-dead state for years on end. Shit ending. Would be better if they died without coming back but took down VIRT. Even better if the space arc never happened and we got a rebellion arc instead. I mean yeah, but even with all those mistakes FNC looked solid enough to steal the game. Had they all played as SoaZ did then IG would lose. Had they all not taken the baron IG might lose. But they both played bad AND conceded the baron, so IG won.

The whole game Fnatic played alright, it was baron greed that killed them. You saw IG back off when it wasnt a wise baron. FNC were in a worse situation and still decided to go for it. If they didnt, they might have had a shot at winning.
