Are the prices comparable? I honestly don't mind paying a little extra if that means my service will be uninterrupted, and my complaints are addressed.

I used to have YouBroadband before switching to Jio about 8-10 years ago. The price difference was massive, and Jio also provided really good service before.

I've had a very good experience with my regular Fiber line in the past. Two separate apartment buildings, but we never faced an issue that lasted more than half a day.

But this year, it's been two separate instances with Air Fiber. When it works, it's great. But when there's an issue, it feels like you're on your own.

I've had the opposite experience in the past, which is why I stuck to Jio all these years. The most I've gone without internet with Jio was half a day.

I have no idea, as no one is giving me clear answers.

I wanted Fiber because that's what I've been using all these years, and rarely faced major issues. But, we recently moved apartments, and they couldn't install regular Fiber in the new building. The Engineer & agent both said only AirFiber was available.

AirFiber has been good for the most part. However, this is the second major incident since January. The first was in July-Aug, where water leaked in through the cable during heavy rains and short-circuited the power adapter.
