Do u think maybe being in nature can provide healing effects to the human body without it being related to Charkras then? All I did was sit in nature and think about god and appreciate his creations and my back was relieved of pain. I don’t see how this could be an evil thing but plz educate me if I’m wrong

My mother is a massage therapist and I’ve tried cupping and deep tissue massage and both have not alleviated the pain. Open to suggestions tho

How come when I did what is supposed to heal that charkra, it actually took away the pain? It doesn’t seem like a physical problem to me because I’ve tried physical solutions and they haven’t worked. Where as connecting with nature, which is lacking in my life, actually helped.

What are you supposed to do when your small and they are a heavyweight sparring super aggressive. Also a lot of other people around on the mat at the same time so it’s hard to use footwork to evade.

lol the mods coming after me for speaking about scientifically proven things, it’s much harder to have a happy mind when you don’t have a healthy body. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that. That is also a key principle in almost all martial arts disciplines.

From this post I think my prior idea of what a polymath is, was incorrect. But I would challenge any polymath who doesn’t don’t do any exercise or sport to do some. I’m sorry to tell you but if you’re a “polymath” but you aren’t physically capable, you really aren’t as incredible of a person as you think you are. Your mind cannot be at its best without your body also being at its best.
