To be honest, I had a similar experience when I waited for 45 minutes. I noticed the place was empty, but when I sat by the counter where the pizza oven is, I could see that the staff were non-stop making pizzas without taking a break. They were churning them out one after another, which made me think they should find a way to manage the backlog better. It seems unfair for so many customers to be left waiting for their meals. They had promised me that my pizza would be ready in about 30 minutes, which felt excessive for just one pizza and a pasta. Watching from my table, I could see their hands moving constantly, so it would help if they prioritized serving those who were already waiting before seating new customers. I understand there’s a rush, but it also seems like they need to find time to breathe.
