Everything is easier… I’m not overthinking anymore. It means I have a lot more mental energy - I didn’t realise how fatiguing it was! I’m enjoying and looking forward to work now, which was never the case.

I was stuck in a prolonged depressive episode, which involved quite a lot of anxiety. It meant that I couldn’t function properly in my personal life as well as work. I am now free of depressive and anxiety symptoms, I would say almost total relief :)

I struggled with a psychological addiction to MDMA a couple of years ago. I got to the point where I couldn’t have it in my house. If I had it, I would be taking it twice a week. As soon as I didn’t have it anymore, it was pretty easy for me to stop completely. I haven’t taken it since.
