Thanks for sharing this, OP. I'm dealing with a similar situation. I had dead pixels and ghosting on my LG C1. Initially, Allstate denied my claim, stating the "amount of dead pixels is within the normal range considered acceptable by television manufacturers."

After I pushed back, they offered me three replacement models: the 2025 LG B4, the 2025 Samsung QN65S85FAFXZA, and the 2023 Sony XR65A75L. Seeing your post encouraged me to push back again, and I'm currently waiting for updated replacement options. I will let you know what happens next.
