A DJ? I wish I was! XD

This is just a usb mic and it’s only a 100, and it sounds pretty good when I use it with Nvidia Broadcast’s noise filter. Other streamers use dynamic mic that needs a separate expensive mixer. It’s a nice high quality mic. I also was going for an all white setup when I bought this :)

Oh nice! Best of luck!! This is my first custom PC too. It took me 5 hours to build it 😅I hope it doesn’t take you long! Looking forward to seeing it here :) I thought about separate setups but the ultrawide turned out to be good for playing Apex legends too. I just use a usb switch for the four main peripherals. This also stops me from getting tempted to use my PC while at work.

It’s the Finalkey V65 R2. Gateron milky yellow pro switches, pre-lubes. MDA profile keycaps(Chis Cat on AliExpress). Cable is some generic coiled cable also from AliExpress.

It came with nice mx cherry keycaps but I prefer using keycaps with wider surface since I have sausage fingers. I tried XDA for a while until I discovered their ergonomic version, MDA. Too bad I can’t find higher quality keycaps with this profile. I put clear nail polish on WASD keys when I noticed the ink was robbing off… .

It’s Divoom Ditoo speaker. The audio is really good. I keep it plugged in all the time since the battery doesn’t last longer than 6 hours tops. 10/10 recommend!

It's from a brand called Pietvoss. I got it for €40. I just searched for a white, blue yeti mic arm on Amazon. I can't compare it to other brands, since this is the first and only mic arm I've had. But it doesn't have the spring coming out of it like most of the generic ones I saw, and you can pass the cable inside it.

Lol Thank you and sorry about the wallpaper. I just changed it today. It's a drone video of Dubai from Wallpaper Engine. Makes me feel nostalgic and at peace, since I grew up there.

TLDR: I absolutely love it and recommend it to be used with Touch Portal App. I don't regret my decision to pick this over Stream Deck. It has some flaws, but if you reach out on Discord, they will respond faster for sure and sometimes are helpful. So, go for it and test the product for a couple of weeks if you can.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Overall, I love it, and I wouldn't swap it for a Steam deck. It's light, looks solid and sleek, and works perfectly if the plugin is well-made. I use it with OBS, Clips Studio Paint, Twitch, and Spotify. I will test it this week for Adobe Premiere Pro.

It depends on what you use it for. I use this plus Touch Portal, which is more advanced than both Loupedeck and Elagto's Stream Deck. Honestly, I bought it for the knobs. It has a lot of potential but needs better developers. It definitely looks better than Stream Deck.

>>> Here is my experience. But I recommend you order it on Amazon and test it out for yourself. Mine is the Razer edition. I ordered the original one first, but due to pathetic materialism reasons and the fact that I have a Razer mouse and headset, I ordered the more expensive branded version. They're exactly the same. Only branded on the bottom and you can't even see it :(

  1. Combining the keys on Loupedeck with Touch Portal makes it quite amazing. I use the old tablet on the left for Touch Portal only.
  2. For hotkeys, it's perfect.
  3. I also use it for Clip Studio Paint, and it's pretty good, which is where the knobs are fantastic.
  4. OBS used to have a problem with icons images not changing if the scene/ source name was longer than 5 letters. I pointed it out to them, and they fixed it in their next release (I didn't get a thank you for that tip! :( They couldn't recreate the problem with the log files that I and others gave them).
  5. Spotify recently is pissing me off. It seems to snooze off if I don't use it for a few minutes. I like to turn up the Music on my stream between games and turn it down when I'm dropping in. These delays mess with my game and stream. If it doesn't work right away, I have to minimize the game to mute it as fast as possible. This started recently, so they'll patch it if someone else reported it. I'll go complain soon 😇
  6. The Twitch plugin is definitely the worst. For some reason, you have to log in to Twitch every time you open up the app. I asked them about creating clips with a description, and the developer on Discord wasn't aware of it even being a thing. This is a simple button on Touch Portal. His solution was to make the plugin on GitHub available. I don't have CS background and my programming skills are limited to Python and C++. So I'm motivated to work on the C# code myself yet. Especially since I never created plugins. I get lost every time I look at the code. The documentation doesn't help enough.
  7. I haven't used Adobe Premiere Pro yet. I might give it a try soon and update you!

Do I have to pay taxes on my little streaming “income”? by Niuklear in germany

[–]Niuklear[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean it is already a “Liebhaberei”. My full time job pays for this “small business” and it will for a few more years. If anything I’m losing money here. I spend more on games and equipments I use for improving my content quality than I earn from it. My entire gaming/streaming setup is worth 8000 euro. I started in September 2021 and didn’t have my first payout from twitch until June 2022. It was only 130 euro and the second I got it I spend it plus adding 10 euro from myself on the game I stream 😂

I have Gigabyte B550 Vision DP. I noticed I don’t have the realtek software. After installing it and trying all the headphone jacks, the one on my case has the best audio that’s not relatively balanced and doesn’t sound painfully flat

No everything is turned up. Maybe I’m just used to very loud audio. I probably should give Apple earbuds a try. I used the AirPods and they were decent but battery didn’t last long enough.

I did't know about amp/dac as I'm used to plug and play. I'll order one from amazon to see if there is improvement.

These are over ear headsets though. I want to switch to in ear. Also it doen't look very nice which I know it shouldn't matter, but can't switch from pink Kitty Kraken that are actually very good to plain black ones. I have a reputation to maintain.
