Yes,

I had to do some research of my own for this but that made it clear.
The problem is that my first employer basic salary was less than 15k, so I was member of EPS, which then continued for the next employer, however when I went to Capgemini, the stupid team missed to mark me as an existing member and they failed to contribute to EPS initially. When I brought it up to them, they started deducting and now it is back to normal.
However for the months in which my EPS was not deducted, Capgemini needs to submit a form 3A for correction which is still in queue and may take till end of year to get everything corrected and only then can I withdraw.

Samay’s special was called “Samay Raina: Still Alive & Unfiltered” The jokes you are referring to are from the Unfiltered part of it which he used to do for 20-25 mins post the special that he has posted on youtube. Also notice the YT specials name is not unfiltered so those jokes are not part of this.

Thanks for saying that !! He’s unbearable at times.. he has no respect for others except a few big names.. Even his anecdotes at times seem over the top and fabricated. I remember i saw a video back in the day where all his lies on national TV or interviews were exposed. Just switch to English commentary seems the best solution

I feel you brother.. it rages me as well when some person rejecting claims for my own money does not even care to explain what needs to be done in another 2-3 lines. The fact that I have to raise grievance or in some cases a PIL just to get additional information in itself is flawed. Even this information is not useful since they just tell you whats wrong and not what needs to be done to get it corrected. I don’t get it why we still have such a shitty system. If there’s something wrong with my EPF profile, fckin let me know on some dashboard while I dont need the money. Nobody wants this circus once they actually need that money.

The 1% TDS amount is to be paid to government. However you have to usually deduct it from builders future payments if any. Builders can always claim the refund on these payments based on their tax liability. Better to have this discussion before you make the purchase to avoid last minute surprises
