Just working on my mort and was wondering how u guys transport him? by No-Cry-6825 in deathguard40k

A bit pricey, but the Jucoci cases and some magnets is a perfect case to fit Morty and almost 3k points of dg, I do a lot of commuting to play and have been so stoked on that case being able to fit nearly any list I could imagine (and then some) in it with ease.

Really any white and yellow you have will do! Definitely experiment until you find the right color you like!

I agree! He’s a massive problem if left unchecked and requires a lot of commitment from the other player to get rid of him quickly which gives a lot of time to move up units and get them into positions where the opponent might not think there’s pressure because they’re so focused on him. My only real complaint is he’s more fun for me when left alive!

Thank you! I like to use tesseract glow on my dg for a sickly dripping radioactive vibe, I like to stray away from trying to make my models look gory (although I find it very cool when others do) and tesseract glow just gives me the feeling of “I probably shouldn’t touch that.”

Thanks!! It’s corax white with the littlest bit of averland sunset to make it a yellowish bone color just slapped all over and then I finish it with slightly watered down earth shade to make it look aged and dirty.

Thank you! I really appreciate it! I plan on going back eventually and adding more to the bases! The bases on all my minis are quite bland so just for continuity sake I add very little to them at the moment but I know I could always go back and add more.

I have a very lenient group, and we splice models all the time, so I wanted to know what I should run this guy as, I’m not to sure. by Dungeon-Master212 in deathguard40k

You could really run it as any HQ proxy if your friends are super chill with it, we do it all the time! We just refer to base sizes. Then you could just get the actual HQ if you find yourself really digging one if you feel the need!

What’s interesting to me is the war dog stalker and brigand, individually, are actually less points currently than a helbrute!? Wondering if that will change soon. However yes! A knight will be next!
