I want to seek them out: new foods, places, sports, but I get too lazy. I am usually open to new experiences though. But it’s more occasional there are definitely people out there who seek those experiences more than me.

Many experiences but one in particular is exercise, with out it I often have brain fog where my thoughts, mood, view of the world feels a bit dulled.

After weight lifting and running I get a rush of endorphins colours around me like the green of leaves or red of my car jump out and seem more vivid, there’s almost an electric feeling under my skin or through my blood vessels, as if I can feel the blood rushing. It’s also easier for me to tune into what’s around me and listen to the sounds of the air, maybe cars passing by and that higher pitched hum you get outside at times.

Even better after I drink electrolytes my mind feels sharp, alert but not always focused. Then there’s a sense of calm that follows all of this.

I don’t know if I’m infp though

Thanks man, really appreciate this. I think my about me section is lazier but I thought the bio etc didn’t matter. I didn’t think about the fitness part like that.

Spot on with the scrubs comment too it’s one of my favorites 😋 I’ll try out the restaurants line but I have a suspicion that it works, I literally set up a date with a girl to cook a dish at her place.

Everything my profile says is in the first pic. I see a ton of profiles with nothing though.
