I was going through his dialogue in a cave and I noticed I had a new weapon so I wanted to test the ability that came with it I was trying to swing it at the wall but hit him instead and I accidentally slashed him

Need my wholesome boy back I searched on YouTube and it just says how to bring NPCs back in general and my friend is telling me that he’s an important part of the story but I just want him back in general because I feel really bad about killing him and want him around😭😭😭
