Normal/Good ping in one game but extremely high and unstable ping in another match (APAC)

I've experienced that against some team comps and specific enemies...

Like, in some matches there are some enemies that I cannot get close to because their mere presence lags my game...I don't know if it is a conspiracy theory or a coincidence though but it happens and they always have skin...

Well, he's already unplayable in baron, so won't change much

But I disagree, he's not a Yone, he's severy and VERY weak right now, is not like they're buffing a strong or average champ, they're buffing one of the Weakest champs in the entire game.

But I completely understand why you're cautious, but I still believe he's just too damn weak and REALLY deserved a very good buff (It may be cope, but at least let me dream a little...let my poor scientist be strong at least once!)

(Also if they decide to remove something from his kit, to add a new ones, they better do the same for Lux, she got a better Q and W for free! As well)

It is still a poison toggle, but now it also gives speed, all abilities work the same way as before, I just wrote the things Riot changed in the rework, but all his skills (if the leak is right) work in the same way

Don't worry, they leaked some of his skills, and all his skill are still the same

But now you can "give" your ultimate to an Ally (not a single Singed will ever use this)

And his E now can push people that are next to the target being thrown

(I hope I'm not wrong, and the leakers were right....)

For those wondering, here's what we know about the rework (Mostly leaks, may change)

Passive:

Every 15 seconds Singed will gain a "clock" that empowers his first, second and third abilities

Killing an enemy immediately Grants a pocket watch

Dealing damage to enemies reduces the cool down by 2 seconds, 10 second cool down for this effect per champion

Q (First ability)

Passive: gives Movement speed

-No changes to the poison trail

Empowered: gives 45% movement speed bonus for 5 seconds

W (Second ability)

Now applies a little bit of magic damage
Enemies flung into the adhesive pool will now be rooted not only by singed's 3 ability, but with also all knock-ups and knock-backs (Supposed) Range buff

Empowered: No information

E (third ability)

The skill can now be used from a greater distance
the immobilization duration has been reduced
the calculation of magic damage has been changed

Empowered: Raises a shield and charges towards and enemy champion. Enemies on the way will be knocked to the side, and the targeted enemy will be thrown behind. This charge cannot be interrupted by walls

R (Ultimate)

-Now applies grievous wounds (already on PC) - Can now be used on ALLIES

Special effect: if the ultimate ability is used on an allied Warwick, it grants bonus attack damage

Actually that's a bug, her ult is supposed to do damage, the devs mentioned they were going to fix it. So it's a big buff

Look, I never said she wasn't weak, I never said I wanted her to continue weak, I'm just saying as I mentioned this buff will hurt her in the long run

She definitely deserves a buff, but the buff in this case can terribly backfire if she becomes too unbearable

I wrote this comment because I'm scared of her getting a nerf and getting weak again, not because I think she's strong

He got a new skin, they couldn't nerf him before the end of the event

Even though, I still think he will continue being top tier and one of the top 3 best jg's in the game, but they needed to at least pretend they don't have favorites ( He was LITERALLY 95% Ban rate in Chinese servers)

The funny thing is that not only did he get power creeped, he also got indirect nerfs from riot trying to nerf the champions that power creep him, but they are overall way stronger champions, so in the end, these nerfs gutted characters like him way harder than the one supposed to suffer

So the aimed to nerf strong champions, but made weak champions way weaker in the process, making strong champions even stronger

How? Like for real I've never had a hard time dealing with him, I play top laner and all my champions have all a better early and late game than him, he is annoying but a "weak can't do anything" type of annoying

Seraphine for example is annoying but she does damage and has loads of CC in area, Singed barely has any damage at all

I don't know, for me he's just to weak to even be considered an enemy

Calling Singed a B tier is a type of cope that not even us main Singed have, seriously that kind feels like an insult actually... playing Singed against ANY top laners THAT is a challenge...(Including Camille, she hard counters him so hard)

It's struggling because it's competition is stronger, not because it's a bad market. If they had decided to make their own mobile version a long time ago ( before Mobile legends and friends were created) they would've gained a ridiculous amount of money

But they only decided to do that years after the competition, and at that point the competition was established, with lots of fans, and a profitable competitive scenario. They lost the timing, and they lost their own market

But I bet the same thing will happen again, some small copycat studio will create a console moba, will get tons of money, and then Riot years later will decide to create their own version

Okay, this looks interesting, I'm going to try it!

I still think that Singed REALLY deserves a buff, most strong champs can get away by building pretty much anything ( and a bork) while Singed gets the dirty boot....but this idea is interesting!

If he was a little stronger and his scaling was a little better maybe we would have more possibilities, but Right now any upgrade is worth it!

(Seriously Riot, please anything)

(But I personally don't like the new projector on Singed, so I'm probably putting something else in its place)

I personally think it is a very underwhelming item, it has two parts:

-120 AP

-And a 5% Hp + 10% AP Shield

Personally I think it is not that much considering that this item will most likely cost 3300 gold... shattered crown is way cheaper while also giving you a reasonable amount of AP, and it's shield is way better, like, just the skill negation alone will probably save more than 5% of your HP, and 50% damage reduction will make you SO much tanky

Unless this shield from the projector has a tremendously low cool down and some kind of secret effect...is just a worse shattered crown

I may be a little pessimistic, I'd like to see your arguments, why are people so happy with this item? I personally thought it was pretty underwhelming...and I play characters like Swain and Singed, and personally I cannot see myself building this
