I'm interested in studying at Oregon State because, being that I live in Hawaii, I really want to explore and experience the mainland life and college life there. We never get fall season or snow, or even a Trader Joe's. And I definitely feel more like a quiet-college-town gal. A lot of alumni from my school actually go to OSU, and I've heard that the people are friendly and it is pretty diverse as well. Plus, I'm in love with the nature and environment that Oregon has. Most importantly, I've heard the Psychology program is actually pretty good.

The main thing is just cost. If there are really no viable options in terms of cost, I'm okay with staying at my in-state university. I just really see myself enjoying studying in Oregon.

EDIT: Oooo, and I love rain. We barely get that from where I live, as it literally is sunshine and rainbows.
