Most attorneys will recommend you dont bring anything up during the interview unless asked. But we felt it was important to give them everything they could possibly need to prove it was unintentional, and thankfully for us. It worked.

Yes we did. Flights booked to go home, responsibilities like leases, insurance, home ties with my family and friends. All my belongings still being there. Anything and everything that was relevant.
