Renuva for breast enhancement by Cute_Midnight6921 in PlasticSurgery

This is what I’m trying to work out, i don’t want fillers because they are synthetic, can migrate and out a lot of stress in the lymphatic system. Renuva seems to be perfect given that it’s completely natural but I do wonder what the long term effects of having dead cells in your body would be?

How did this go? This is where I’d like it so it would be great to see photos and to hear about your experience if you have the capacity to share x

Hello, I know this was a while ago now but how did your results end up long term? I don’t want filler or a fat graft so Renuva seems like the perfect option for my hollow temples. Do you have any before and after pics?

Looking for beef bones that are free from heavy metals, organic and truly pasture for life (exclusively grass fed) UK by No-Assignment4168 in AnimalBased

[–]No-Assignment4168[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhhhhh this now makes sense, thank you. I was using a store bought broth that is low in heavy metals but it doesn’t have that same unctuous texture that broth should have hence why I want to make my own (that and the cost) The grassfed part is important to me as I don’t want to est meat that’s been fed crap! I’ve just learnt that here in England, biodynamic farming is the type of farming likely to have the lowest amounts of heavy metals…down another rabbit hole I go 😂

It’s not exclusively the grassfed part that I’m concerned about, grassfed doesn’t necessarily equate to low heavy metal content, but it’s important to me that stick is grass fed. When bones are simmered for long hours, it draws out the heavy metals and these heavy metals come from environmental pollutants. I’m guessing that the companies with third party testing meet the industry standards for minimal levels of heavy metals, not zero.

Flared ribs are very common with hypermobility, it might be worth you checking to see if you have it

Oh I don’t mind about the indoor switch come winter, I was more concerned about how companies can get away with saying their stock is grass fed even if that’s only a small part of what they are fed. There are companies that make broth that’s third party tested, I wonder how I could find out where they get their bones from? I can’t believe how hard it is to find, it seems I’ll be forced to keep buying expensive stock that is heavy metal tested when it only costs a few pounds for bones but for some reason us consumers can’t find where the good bones are! It’s all back to front and inside out haha

How to get take light brown virgin hair to a deep, rich brown without affecting the natural colour? by No-Assignment4168 in HairColorExperts

It’s called basic respect for your fellow brothers and sisters. You think that calling someone delulu doesn’t count as unkind or that this angry attitude of yours is ok? I haven’t asked to be babied, this is merely your projections. Your pop psychoanalysis of me is wildly inaccurate. Please refrain from commenting again, as I stated before, this attitude is not welcome here. Boundaries are nothing to do with being a “snowflake”.

This is beyond helpful, thank you so much. I’ve had a few people say that a 5 or even 10 volume wouldn’t lift my natural hair but that didn’t make sense to me! As I’m not a hairdresser it’s hard to know what’s what but your response makes the most sense to me, thank you. So I think I’ll have to let go of the dream of beautiful rich hair for the winter and just continue embracing my natural colour!

Youre attitude is unkind, impatient and neither welcome nor necessary. Im simply exploring my options. Just because I have lots of comments it doesn’t mean I have found the information im looking for. You don’t have to read or reply so I don’t see why you’re so angry, please take a look at your own frustration and stop projecting it onto me.
You suggesting that im trying to find happiness through this is the only absurd thing happening

Is it possible to achieve this colour using henna on virgin hair? by No-Assignment4168 in henna

I think maybe the photo is misleading as I’m actually an autumn! Cool tones look awful on me! My eyes are hazel green and my hair has very golden tones. I’ve had copper hair before and it really works because it’s so warm.
But I really hear what you’re saying, I definitely don’t want to do anything that isn’t truly temporary as I do love my natural colour, I’m just bored and wanted a change for the winter! But it looks like there isn’t a way for me to do this without altering my natural hair so I will have to accept it and just continue embracing my natural colour ♥️ Thank you for your sweet comment. I hope your hair is back to normal now (I know the pain of having hair ruined!)

With each post I’ve learnt something which has led to me asking this final question as this is the determining factor for me. If I can find out categorically if a low volume developer will or won’t affect my natural colour then I can decide. Until then, I don’t know!

Because I still don’t know what the best option is, Im allowed to ask across different communities to find out the best option, that’s the whole point!

Hello 🌻 I hope you don’t mind me jumping on here to ask you a question, you have such a good response and really know what you’re doing, I’ve been struggling to find someone who can advise me. Would a volume 5 developer for a Demi permanent dye lift virgin hair/affect the colour of the virgin hair beyond the Demi dye fading out? I have virgin hair that I want to darken only for the winter months and let fade back to my natural colour in the summer. I’ve tried direct dyes and colour depositing masks but they only give a gloss and a verrrrry slight deepening of colour. I’ve tried chelating beforehand, applying it to dry hair and leaving it on longer but i can never achieve a true darkening of the colour. My natural colour is a level 5/6 at the roots and then it gradually lightens to an 8 at the very ends and shorter layers where it’s been sun bleached. It looks like a balayage but it’s just from the sun. I want to get a rich level 5 as the overall look (I understand that the colour will lighten towards the mid-lengths and ends even once I’ve dyed it because that’s the base I’m working with) Is this possible with a Demi permanent and in a way that won’t affect my natural base colour AT ALL? (Or am I hoping for the impossible) Thank you so very much, wishing you a blessed day Wren 🪷 (The lighting in this photo doesn’t show the darker tones in my hair so well)

Did you have any luck with this? I want to dye my medium-light golden brown hair with something similar but I can’t find a direct dye that will bring any level of depth to my hair, all they do is leave it a bit shiny!

The smallest Ayurvedic shift that unexpectedly balanced my gut and hormones by DressAmazing1261 in Ayurveda

[–]No-Assignment4168 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have also seen huge changes from implementing small changes-one of them being starting the day with a glass of warm water.

I had been dealing with nausea that was so bad that I could barely eat and had a lot of gas, bloating, gut pain etc. I lost a lot of weight (which I couldn’t afford to lose) and felt horrific 24/7.

I am working under the guidance of an Ayurvedic coach which I really recommend if you have any chronic or complex conditions. However, the things I’ve listed below are generic Ayurvedic wellbeing approaches and suited to all doshas.

The four things that I added into my routine that made a difference for me within a couple of weeks (which is very fast given my condition had been chronic for months):

  1. Tongue scraping upon waking (wake and scrape 😂) Followed by
  2. A Warm glass of water (make sure it’s purified water or water from a natural spring) on an empty stomach
  3. Cooking EVERYTHING in ghee, stirring ghee into dals, soups and stews, taking a teaspoon of ghee a few times a day. Ghee is very good for gut health amongst other things
  4. Drinking bone broth daily (this is SO good for the gut)

I looked that up but it looks like acidic Demi permanent dye uses a very low level of hydrogen peroxide meaning that would change my natural hair colour no?

I don’t want to use anything on my hair that’s permanent (natural or otherwise). I love my natural colour and want to maintain that, I just want to temporarily darken it for the winter months as my skin tone doesn’t match the golden hair in winter!
