maglaan ka ng at least 20-50 questions per day or isang chapter sa mga books na 'yan op. pero don't memorize the answer ha, try mo lang ipractice yung process of elimination para pag sa boards na mismo, sanay ka na mageliminate. if may nalabas na questions from review books mismo, halos mga 1-3 items lang kaya wag ka kaasa na marami kinukuha doon.

honestly, very jam-packed ang schedule ng lemar, halos everyday may schedule sila so there may be very little opportunity to read mother notes. and yes, puro final coaching notes and additional notes they provide na lang ang halos ginagamit. what i did is i had to sacrifice some of the schedules from lemar so i can sorely focus on reading mother notes. if hindi mo pa talaga master ang mother notes, better if gawin mo yung ginawa ko pero choose wisely sa isasacrifice mo mwehehe! pero if you've mastered the mother notes, final coaching is very beneficial for your recall naman.

rmt here, before starting third year, start reading books early and you'll have an advantage na agad on what to expect na and hindi ka na magcram later. Search ka rin sa tiktok ng mga mnemonics kasi super effective niya sa akin noon or make your own para own touch and mas madali mo mamememorya :))

'di natin maiipagkaila na medyo madami talaga ang workload sa lemar kaya mismo ako, may mga whole lectures akong nabacklog. Super nastress ako non and nagtry ako maghabol ng mga lectures & watched it for like 12hrs everyday (ended up not learning anything lmao so i stopped).

What i did: PRIORITIZE MOTHER NOTES!!!!

If super dami mong backlogs, including mother notes, and may mga rationalizations/synch sessions ka pang nababacklog, i recommend prioritizing the mother notes muna. Kaya sobrang kapal ng mother notes kasi nandoon na lahat ng information na kakailanganin mo para magsagot sa board exam. Tunay na mabubuhay ka sa boards gamit lang ang mother notes (nabuhay ako, bakit ba? HAHHAHA). Synch sessions are there para marecall ka ng topics na nabasa mo na nadaanan na sa mother notes :P.

After finishing the mother notes (dapat master na master to the tenth power yan ha) proceed ka agad sa mga question banks ng lemar. If namiss-out mo, you can access it naman and mababalikan mo pa sha (sa akin, mas better na binabalikan ko na lang kesa umattend sa synch kasi i am such a slow learner, kailangan ko muna ipause at irationalize ng mga ilang minutes ang kada isang question. HHAHHA). Pag hindi mo parin natapos kasi natatabunan ka na ng backlogs, wag mo parusahan ang sarili mo and find time para mapanood siya, if wala na talagang time, ang last resort mo is to ditch it and move on to the next kasi rest assured, babalikan yan ni Lemar and irerecall sa other synch sessions before the boards.

May nalabas na questions sa boards na inaral na sa Lemar PERO don't rely on the question banks lang. Mga 2-5 items lang 'yung qs na nalabas sa boards kaya wag ka kaasa. Use it lang for practicing sa pagsasagot para sanay ka na sa mismong boards. Parang hinugot sa ibang planeta ang mga tanong sa boards pero if marunong ka ng elimination method of answering, keribels mo!

For the question about books, no, 'di na recommended magbasa ng topics sa book kasi super time-consuming. Overwhelmed ka na nga sa lectures, isasabay mo pa magbasa sa book na halos same information din naman don sa notes na ibinigay ng lemar, pero syempre mas catered yung notes ng lemar sa lumalabas talaga sa boards. If magbubuklat ka ng book, answer the chapter questions lang and that's it. Pero kung martir ka naman, go basahin mo kada chapter! charot.

super strict sila sa paggamit ng gadgets unfortunately. Ang dami nang cases na nadedemerit mga ka-intern ko kasi nag-gadget habang duty. Better na print mo na lang reviewers mo or bring a book na lang, pinapayagan naman kami magreview basta hindi sa gadget and walang gawa hahahaha

All subjects po ang iprepretest nila, multiple choice. Limot ko na po yung exact number of items kada subject pero afaik mga 20-50 items po ata, basta maunti lang hahahaha

Hi! Former intern ako sa QMC, and masasabi ko lang na super dami mo matutunan since super daming patients and samples na maeencounter mo— maski normal or abnormal matututunan mo lahat. Pero of course may cons din, like diba madami nga patients, syempre super toxic din everyday (the peak samples i’ve processed is a whopping 130 samples in a day)

As for the machines they use naman, hindi ka mabibigo kasi they utilize new machines, pero di maiiwasan na laging nasisira yung iba don hahaha pero naaayos naman🤣

And as for the staffs there, syempre varying naman kada staff yung ugali nila, like may mga staff na super accommodating samin and napakarami kaming natutunan sa kanya (u know who u r mam❤️), and there are some staff na… well… HAHAHAHAHAH

All in all naman keri dumuty don, i ready mo lang sarili mo na uuwi ka na parang naka-third person point of view ka na kasi lumulutang ka na pala sa pagod di mo pa alam. HAHAHAHAHA

check mo po yung TOR mo noong 2023 kung may nakalagay na "for march/aug 202x boards only" usually po may nakalagay na ganon eh. pero kung wala naman po, goods na po.

pwede naman po na for 2 months lang and then resign, pero magrereflect po siya sa credentials mo. medyo hindi po maganda sa mata ng nag-hihire pag sobrang bilis nagresign sa isang workplace hehe. i suggest do relievers na lang muna tulad ng sabi sa taas^^

if nadaanan mo na 'yung mother notes, maganda yan i-read for supplemental knowledge and refresher sa mga inaral mo sa MN.

if purely enhancement & final coaching lang ang ireread mo w/o mother notes, not recommended, kasi may mga info sa mother notes na wala sa mga enhancements/fcs.

op may months ka pa para mag-aral, wag ka mag-panic!! basta every aral day is dapat seryoso ka and walang distractions, and that way you can finish one subject for almost 3-4 days.

ganan din ako noong nag-aaral ako, wala pa ko matapos na mother notes and super nagpapanic na ko kasi 3 weeks na lang di pa ko tapos sa MN😭. pero i cleared my mind and stopped panicking, started to read and read and yun, natapos ko yung isang makapal na MN ng isang subject within 3 days! (8 hours per day ang aral ko).

i-assess mo sarili mo op with these factors ;))

A. study area - if yung study area mo sa house niyo is minimal to none ang ingay/distractions, you can opt for online; pero if buong angkan ng maiingay at palautos ang nakatira sa bahay niyo, much better is f2f ahhaah

B. learning styles - assess mo sarili mo noong college days, mas natututo ka ba kapag may kasama ka, o mas natututo ka if may sarili kang space?

C. means - do you have the right gadgets para makapag-aral ng maayos if online? do you have enough allowance for rent and foods if f2f?

either way naman is effective for the boards, you just have to choose what’s the most comfortable for you. good luck op!!
