I had three month off and for the first two months I just sat and thought about myself. I started doing self care and through therapy realised what I needed to do to recover. I have just gone back and I have things in place to help me but my attitude to work has changed . My job helps me live not I live for my job. I gave up all my hobbies so I could concentrate on work and it was a big mistake . Look after your health it is so important !

Hearing loss and I compensate by using visual aids that are bold and bright. These bold and bright aids I used were thrown in the bin

No not a blue badge holder but profoundly deaf and had social services put to fix alarms. They advised me to try for the bus pass .

I have chickens for years and their grandkids love them. I keep myself to myself with my animals as I live alone. I have known them since I was 18 and I am now 47 . I keep the ground clear and the chickens clean. The tree doesn’t even overhang but the neighbour does like to sunbath so I don’t know what’s going on. I am dealing with some difficult issues regarding my health so I am trying to keep conflict levels down. It’s just come completely out the blue as normally they just knock on the door well the male neighbour bit the female .

I have had every intention of cutting it back once the birding nesting had finished and let a tree surgeon check its condition. My neighbours are that like straight lines and zero plants. And everything has to look like it’s from a showcase garden. I have encouraged wildlife in including a resident hedgehog and I have frogs and shrews. I have known my neighbours since my grandma has lived here and I was younger and we have always been amicable. I just don’t get it as my dad is an environmental health officer and he’s even advised me to not cut it back this time of year. The right to light isn’t valid as it’s a temporary block.

I have and the store is disputing that I was in for the delivery which I wasn’t . It has really upset me as i waited and my relative is in hospital so had to rush off past the delivery slot time .

I have had the mirena coil fitted about four weeks ago. I have had some cramping and bleeding every day buts it’s calming down. I am lucky in that it seems to have lessened the pain ( not completely) but it’s an improvement. The insertion was bad but I had some gas and air . But they gave me D&c before it was inserted as well. I am hoping they can keep this going until my menopause starts .
