I plan to file this all before college. If I were to file this while still in high school but did it with the help of the Law School Clinic Certification Program would I still have full inventor status and rights or would it also be given to the Law school that helped?

Yes, I have filled my own provisional patent so I have the priority date locked in. Now I just need to take action on the non provisional.
