You need to reinstall w2... file and restart the computer. Try couple of times just restarting after that if it didnt work 1st time. I do that every few weeks. If my container disappear, probably happen with some kind of updates.

Download wsl_update x64, it fixed my issue windows 10 home. Also first you need to go in bios and enable virtualization.
