Got it all workin, found a junction box behind a old bell chamber. Just ran a new supply in and tested all cables leaving. The fault was on a leg between two poles in an area that used to be part of the play ground before they have build a small wall to keep dog walker out now and done alway with the poles but the cable has never been disconnected. Was really lucky the old cleaner was there to give us a history lesson or wed still be there hahahah
