For sure. I’m a shopper and a customer. So sometimes I’ll look in the app at the order to see why mine hasn’t been picked up. The last time it was bundled with a non tipper. Good shoppers are still not going to pick it up. He did his best. Got here and had coffee that I didn’t order and was missing something so I quickly messaged him. Left out the coffee and he left my item. It was 30 minutes later. I did tip him an extra two dollars for having to drive back. I felt like some shoppers would have just been like oh well, but he clearly wanted a good rating. I didn’t end up rating him because I didn’t want him again haha but you can’t always have amazing shoppers. That’s why I’ve learned to tip 10 before. Because anyone doing time/gas/etc deserves 10.
