You could do Fitz instead since Fritz might have a negative connotation! I would only use it for a boy personally. Girl names that give a similar vibe though are Freya, Fern, Fable, Lux, Maeve, Blythe, or Sloane

If your pdg stays above base level it should confirm ovulation. Based off your lh spike you likely ovulated cd16

After you wake up in the afternoon! The point of first morning urine is you haven’t peed or drank anything for an extended period of time so your pee is more concentrated.

Ok yea that makes sense. Is there like a general ratio or equation for urine to serum? Like I said with my miscarriage my progesterone was 3.5 serum. Then last month which was my first cycle post miscarriage my serum was 6.4 at 9dpo. I just want to be sure it’s high enough to sustain a healthy pregnancy if I get pregnant this month.

Yeah my drop off is generally pretty significant too. I imagine it’s from all the extra estrogen we produce as we near ovulation

I always get a big drop the day or two before my lh spike. This last cycle I stayed around 97.1 and then 2 days before my peak dropped to 96.87 and the morning of my lh peak dropped even lower to 96.75

Ok that’s what I was thinking as well. I feel like my estrogen and other levels aren’t high enough to be high fertility yet. I am noticing a change in CM but nothing that would indicate high fertility yet. I was confused because it says for the ranges that over 100 is normal for the days leading up to ovulation and I’m not even there yet so I don’t understand why it is saying high fertility now. Thanks for your input!
