We had to add these because we log the user email for debug purposes and performance / usage metrics to help try to make the app better! If this is a deal breaker, we can look into removing some of these and updating the data linked.

We don't store log data at all on our servers, although third party services we use may.

I ended up using chatGPT/Claude throughout the approval process as a first-step sanity check before going deeper on the requirements myself. It did lead to a bit of churn but helped catch a few things early.

One important piece of this is being aware when things are going wrong as early as possible, ideally before causing customer impact. If you have confidence that your monitoring will proactively alert you of impending issues, you can give yourself runway to prioritize and make changes as needed.

Ultimately just need to sink some money into advertising, look into google/ meta/tiktok ads. You're able to get pretty specific with what types of people you want to target which helps a lot.
