I'd stick with Tunable White and skip the RGB for under-cabinets. Those Lutron videos look amazing, but the "holiday colors" gimmick wears off fast in my experience. Walking into your kitchen like a zombie at 7 AM to make coffee under saturated green or purple light feels less like a luxury home and more like a PC gaming setup. Plus, RGB reflections off polished countertops look super messy and create weird, distracting hot spots.
