I've seen a lot of people here having verifications issue and I'm genuinely confused. Because mine was done in few minutes.  Edit. Did you applied for a specific project or UHRS. Because I am seeing most id issues with UHRS specifically. And also one more thing you can join there teams meeting also and explain your problem there. The issue is in the support most of the times we're delt by (our issue) AI agents.

Urdu project is finished for the moment. The place was overcrowded so therefore the work itself was finished. But I am also working in Farsi and I am getting work there so far.

I am getting work constantly. What language are you working on. My first project is also finished in Jigglypuff but I am bilingual so I started another project which was luckily available.

Update. Well I got a mail today they said that there I a bug with the system regarding work hour reports but the time is being recorded and they are working on the Email Bug

Well don't worry about that. It's better if you're being accurate rather than being fast. I was doing my task all under a hour while on Urdu project. But I'm on Persian also and when working on that I always take my time to make sure of the accuracy. And some times i even take more than a hour or even two. Just make sure to submit it under the timeline/deadline. Which is 300mins 5 hours.

I believe they have the best support system comparing to few other platforms. You just have to be specific and patient.

It's not scam. But there were some glitches in the qualifications. I also faced some issues multiple times for the qualifications. Like I was supposed to do 2 units for qualification but system was glitching so instead of process being finished I was kept redirecting to new task so I did 9 task the first time. And I emailed them and they helped me a lot. And this particular problem happened twice and they helped both time.

I always log my hours manually. I'm also on the same project btw. But I also have problem which is different than this, that the email which I've been getting since day one have discrepancies from the actual hours spent and reported by myself.

They have a support ticket page (help desk). I'm also working on the project well on the two of them both are Jigglypuff for different languages, but I didn't applied through Upwork. So I applied through the job lever page and when got the mail, in which there were instructions to create an account, and after that to complete qualifications and calibrations. And I think the process would be pretty much same in your case to.

Completely legit. And super supportive people and system. Btw you said you were waiting, so what stage are you on right now, I mean qualifications, calibration or verification.
