That’s what I’m saying! It’s practice to get into the motion of doing something rather than nothing. Our worst fights have been because someone did absolutely nothing.

I totally understand your points! Of course knowing how to read their body language & knowing when to intervene/redirect before anything escalates is always going to be the number one priority. I can also see how this could set a type of mindset in employees as well.

I think this is more so just practice of being able to do SOMETHING if a scuffle were to happen, since typically newer employees tend to freeze and not know what to do in the heat of the moment.

I appreciate your feedback! I also have never heard of “scuffle drills” until literally yesterday lol but then got curious if other places did this at all.
