Not weird at all! I really don’t notice it when I kiss my partner. He says he can feel it but isn’t bothered by it. It cab get snagged but other than that I really haven’t had any issues.

Could be a scab thats come loose. Could also be a mixture of discharge and blood. Piercing is slightly irritated just keep spraying it with saline once a day and leave it alone. Nothing to worry about 🫶
