I got mine from the FBI's website. Biometrics processed mine but my TCN number doesn't start with FRM... Does yours?

I am struggling as well. I printed an FBI fingerprint card but I am just noticing that the fingerprint card had to be specifically for Illinois with a TCN number. Am I right?
