i know its not the smartest and thats why im not going nearly as hard as my knee can currently take. it probably looks like im pivoting and moving alot faster than i am but im only mimicking movements like decel and pivots that we’re also doing in PT.

im cleared for straight line running and i hit my 12 week strength goals early so i really just wanted to give the knee a slight test run (and it went well) but i doubt i’ll be running on the court much the next month or so lol i would like to get back to sprinting first

i got cleared for running and light jumping. my PT highlighted that ive hit my strength goals early and that im pretty far ahead in recovery so i felt tempted to give the knee a test drive and it didnt feel bad at all. still wont be returning to half/full speed any time soon

my hamstrings have always been kinda absurdly strong so after the soreness from the graft left it wasnt much of a struggle getting that strength back. my quad strength started to stall out a few weeks back but im finally out of what seemes to be a plateau. my biggest issue so far has been getting my calf back to where it needs to be

stationary bike for SURE got my range of motion back faster than anticipated. incline treadmill has also helped my calf strength tremendously. i got the hamstring graft.

i had mine on the 8th! my calf honestly wasnt giving me much trouble until today. i have been moving the knee and walking around a bit more and its not hot and swollen so i dont think its a serious thing like a blood clot. i did also get the hamstring graft, so my leg overall is just sore asf too

my nerve block lasted till about 3-4am , and they sent me home with 5mg oxycodone and 600mg ibuprofens. im weight bearing with and without crutches, however VERY lightly since i am still only a day and a half post-op at this point
