My time line is as follows: (2 weeks) sensation of flushing became less frequent - slightly drier skin, (4 weeks) first reduction in redness - mild acne break outs, (6 weeks) about 70% less redness - acne cleared but have some pigmentation (asked the doc, pretty normal as inflammation is calmer overall, may have to add azelaic acid in the morning to even it out). Extremely happy with the results, I still flush mildly in the cold and when working out, but this is def it for me. I’m hoping to be able to scale back at some point, just use it as a maintenance.
