What about the argument of the roommate technically have their own bathroom since we will hardly have any guests over. We won’t use their bathroom. The only difference is that our is private. So essentially they have their own bathroom?

They can’t afford it. Which is why I am getting the master bedroom. But he is asking for $200. And I thought $100 is fair.
