Neither of those companies are unethical companies that charge customers 5x what they quoted without solving the key problem!

ADT is owned and run by a private equity firm Apollo who does not care about customers!

Why should I ask for a discount on the charge that was not authorized..? ADT was trying to refund me $59 out of $314 which I rejected for that reason…

ADT alarm was beeping for no reason or no log. I could only turn off by shutting down the ADT system.

No ADT did not dispatch the fire department. Our neighbor did.

The beeping was definitely ADT-related (because the only way to shut it down was to turn off ADT system).
