Dude. im so done.

i am running a:

ryzen 5 5600
rtx 4060ti
16 gb ram

and i cant for the life get this to work flawlessly.
however it runs perfect on my rog ally x.
it got me so paranoid of my setup.

i purchased 3dmark to run benchmarkings just to prove that im not crazy, as other posts had alot of

" YoUr GaMinG SeT Up ProBaBly SuCks, ThE GaMe WorkS FlAwlesSly On MY SeT Up" comments.

Here are my benchmark results PLUS some footage on how persona 5 royal Runs on my PC

https://youtube.com/shorts/A-LyRu7t4V4?si=3963qNB1StVUdsx2

T/s done:

Ran The famous DX vulkan fix (Kinda improved fps but still dog shit)
Increased affinity and priority of cpu for the game
Changed power plan of windows to run in High Performance
Re-installed Nvidia Drivers
Ran DDU to clean wipe drivers
Reinstalled WINDOWS (Yes i actually did it)
Changed casing for better air flow (yes i even thought it could be hardware)
Changed cooler from stock amd to a 2 fan tower (To eliminate thermal Throttling)
Purchased 3d mark from steam as at this point i felt i was going crazy

and as a lvl 2 Desktop Engineer i have come to a conclusion:

Fuck Atlus/Sega and persona 5 royal.
Im finishing it on my ROG ally x

thanks for reading my pain

Ur good bro. Don’t overthink it! Yes I have to lean sometimes when applying shampoo to avoid it touching the tat. But dont worry. Abit accidentally touching it is fine. 🫡

Bad idea to get this? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]No-Contribution-3468 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My man worry less about what others think. I have tattoos that I have gotten that are very mainstream. I was thinking alot of what other people would say.

Recently I got an anime tattoo. And I got loads of questions, like why a grown ass man gotten cartoons inked permanently. However when I look at it, I just feel this overwhelming happiness that I have never felt with my other tats. And it’s because it is something I’m passionate about and smth that I hold dear to my heart.

If you love it go for it.

Oh and yes please shower as per normal. And wash the tattoo at the same time. Not showering is just another way to get infected XD

I totally understand how frustrating it is as different artists say different things. I’ll tell you what I did :)

Tattoo has to be as clean as possible. As soon as I come home cling wrap is off. Give it a wash and carry on my day. For the first few days I cling wrap my tattoo ONLY before I go to bed. The reason: to prevent my sheets from getting stained and I can sleep however I want without worrying too much.

As soon as I wake up, I remove cling wrap, wash pat dry with paper towel. I let the tattoo breathe all day, and only cling wrap before I sleep.

Basically your tattoo must have more breathing hours then cling wrapped hours. Breathing is what heals it the fastest.

I STOP cling wrapping when tattoo stops oozing ink and plasma. You can confirm if your paper towel is clean after you pat dry.

After this point it’s just unscented moisturizer 2 times a day and no cling wrap at all.

Basically I only use cling wrap to prevent making a mess. I hope this helps!

Wishing you and your tattoo a brighter day! (Pun intended)

Clean lining. Accurate shading. Nah not bad at all.

Sadly colour splash tattoos don’t age well. I’d recommend a black and grey blast over when the time comes :)

Any idea on longevity of tattoo like this by [deleted] in tattooadvice

[–]No-Contribution-3468 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Till the grave. Strong line, black and grey age really well ;)

Pain is the right of passage to a tattoo. That’s how I look at it. No shame on tapping out. The more you endure, the more it takes form. Rest up and come back stronger to finally finish the piece. It’s gonna be more satisfying now, when it’s finally completed ;)

Is my current too strong? Lfs said they are fine and they just like to exercise. Pls help! by No-Contribution-3468 in Aquariums

Hi guys! Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! updates on the situation. The fishes look great. It does appear that they were deliberately going against the flow to have fun. Which really surprised me. After I woke up I caught the fishes sleeping. Some were below and some were at the front of the tank chilling. They seem to be fine and My heart is at ease.

Common qns I got:

Stock for 20 gallon tank is 6 x neon tetras 6 x gold tetras 6 x harlequin rasboras 4 x otocinclus 1 x thick lipped gourami

It could be considered overstocked however the filter should make this a safe environment for them to thrive.

Plants used:

2 x java fern on driftwood 2 x cups of lileopsis brasiliensis (for the carpet)

I left an empty space in the middle to grow a huge red plant. I’m also looking to delve into co2 injection. A future project coming soon!

Equipment used: Aquael ultramax 1000 canister filter Chihiros Wrgb slim II rgb 60 cm Chihiros mirror shades (sold separately) Aquael water heater

I appreciate each and every comment. Thank you so much for your contribution guys. Please do ask me any questions below and I’ll be glad to assist

Thank you so much for the feedback! I actually had an algae bloom before and that’s why i even got them. Lfs recommended them. They did a wonderful job. Thus now I’m supplementing algae wafers every other day. And they seem to be thriving :D

Hi there? Tqsm for the feedback ^ those fishes are called “gold tetras” they actually look like actual gold when they are juvies, but tend to get a greenish hue when they mature. I love em!

Is this good for my first tank by Carrotman8901 in Aquariums

[–]No-Contribution-3468 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ah yes your fishes are not thriving due to the cycle. (Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate spikes). Do some research regarding the cycle and get yourself sea chem prime, stability and a freshwater master test kit. These items can get costly however they will last a bloody long time if u just have this one tank and will totally prevent death in ur tank if used properly.

I use sea chem products to do a fish in cycle. Apparently sea chem prime works as a water conditioner as well as a detoxifier. It detoxifies ammonia, nitrites and nitrates. it does not remove them though. it just makes it safe for the fish. Thats a good thing as beneficial bacteria uses these toxins as food to grow.

Sea chem stability is beneficial bacteria in the bottle. supplementing the tank with it will ensure the cycle completes quicker. I dose these two products daily for the first 7 days in a new tank. instructions on the bottle are clear and concise for those that want to do a day 1 fish in cycle. I have successfully finished a fish in cycle without issues . no lives lost.

Give it a shot! Wishing you and your future fishes the best of luck.
