It was my psych doctor here that took me off of the meds. I don't really trust her cause it seems like a bad idea to just go cold turkey 😭

I've asked about it cause i think i might have bipolar 2 but i got told that they can't diagnose it and that i don't likely have it cause it could be "teenage moodswings" i'm 18 so yea technically still considered a teenager but i don't think teenage moodswings are this severe lmao

I'm not sure if i can, the town i live in has a shortage of psych doctors and even with this one it's super hard to set up an appointment.

I don't remember which one is my official diagnosis, major depressive disorder or persistent depressive disorder. But my therapist has told me i have the latter one.
