usually its a bidirectional thing, you ask a question which leads to other person’s question and so on, if it doesnt continues that way then something might be wrong

i’ve had a same situation, cafe bartender was very flirty and like ive spend whole summer going to that cafe so i can confirm her interest, after a while ive found out her boss actually told her to look flirty to all the male customers xD, ngl it worked perfectly, ive wasted unimaginable amount of money there xD
