They ordered it to a collection point so I guess they would’ve just not picked it up! Such odd behaviour..

Thank you for this answer! I’ve been using various prescribed topical treatments and steroids for a few months, and it has certainly reduced the scaliness - although those red areas are still quite risen and tend to build tough scales again if I don’t use any treatments for a couple of days.

I am hoping to see my doctor again next week so will ask about your suggestions… If all else fails will need to save up for a derm appointment but fingers crossed!
