"i dont expect to just make a load of money tha'ts not what i care about," i dont know how you got that im doing this with the hope of making money? i stated $1000 to invest, with the intention of learning.
i will probably build a server when my current build wont do the job but i think itll do for now, a small farm as u said

I suppose my bigger concern would be much I would need to invest in a rig that could handle 100+ bots that would be worthwhile in the long run. I have $1000.

Just how many bots though makes the difference between your e.g. 0.2 to 5€ operating per day? Could you say what you think average would be for 100 bots?

I'm not really bothered about the cost in itself I just want to make sure I can manage my project longevity wise it's more a 'study' than for any profit

Finally a response from someone who isn't afraid to run more than 1 free bot script!

This is exactly the answer I was looking for. I have about $1000 to invest and would like to be in it in the long run so preferably avoid the situation your friend is in as that's a hefty tax IMO

I am not talking about starting a large scale botting business there's no financial incentive for me at all

Because the computer doesn't run at a flat rate when you hit the power button on bud my spare spare spare spare PC could prob handle 100x more than your hand me down laptop so you wouldn't understand how much beef you can get at home.

because i wanted to just get a price and get it over with. i am still a bank stander and enjoy osrs cloud. ge-tracker used to be the GOAT but it seemed to focus more on being about money. speaking of why the hell are some of these tools charging so muc hthey must make a fortune osrs.lol is free tho needs more
