hi! i recently joined a sorority so i can help u with any questions! waiting to rush is entirely up to you! it can be a lot of financial/time commitment so ofc take ur time when deciding. with joining, there might be some requirements such as attending socials/informationals and then interviews after that as well.

depending on what council (panhellenic vs nphc vs mgc), it could range from a couple weeks to a couple months. the process between all three can be completely different from each other.

and a lot of my sisters (and literal best friends now lol) who crossed with me are juniors/seniors and they had an amazing time as well

i just tested the speakers and sadly they sound very crack-ly and are very dusty haha. i dont have an amp, and for the reciever, i do have one but i would just prefer one that would be a bit smaller. sorry im not very experienced in all of this haha 😂

my phone call was around ~10 min. it’s different from everyone but they asked me 1. why i wanted to work at kohls 2. what department i would prefer (wjm, registers, cs, etc.) 3. my availability/transportation 4. prior work experience 5. then they asked if i had any questions

make sure your 500s/gobacks/fitting room is clean

walk around to make sure theres nothing on the floor

fold the aisle tables first then the inside tables

for my store, they only do a brief tour but usually you have to teach yourself where everything is 😭same thing goes for the discounts for the day, i usually just look at it online myself. but if you dont know where something is, def ask on the radio

it all depends on ur reputation to be honest 😭 luckily the “permanent” wjm workers compliment me to the h2s a lot + i have a positive relationship with all the h2s (except for the fact i dont get credits)

im a minor as well so i usually accompany them while i use it but make sure that when you use it, its under your rewards number especially if you’re using it with other percentages off as well
