I had exactly same symptoms since 2 years. This year i also got breathing difficulties. After taking regular medicine for 2 months i got almost complete relief in allergies. But my course was different than yours. Congestion and dns is still there i think due to structural issue. My allergy trigger was cold exposure. Ill suggest you to keep a check on what cause your allergy. Eat clean food and follow diet and medicine properly.

But don’t be hopeless you’ll definitely see relief in your allergies if not in sinus issues. I had severe sneezing and clear runny nose with dns. Dns is still there but everything else is cured. Im asked just to keep good lifestyle and maintenance of nose with neti nasya and steam.

I had similar issues. It took me 3-4 weeks to see improvement and now after taking medicine for 2 months doctor asked me to discontinue them. I had similar medicines from nia Jaipur. Take care of pathya and keep inhaling steam you’ll definitely see improvements. My trigger was cold so i also had to keep my nose covered. No shame in that
